This practice is rooted in presence and inner listening, where movement is guided by feeling rather than preconception. Through spontaneous expression, innocence, imagination, and humour arise naturally to reveal a fresh perception of reality.



This unique art form blends mindfulness with mime, clowning, dance, and singing. It has therapeutic depth as well as artistic impact, inviting participants to discover their authentic voice, find confidence in their presence, and meet others with openness, spontaneity, and care.
